Spring Rolls - Hot Thai Basil, v. 1

I'm on a quest to find the best spring rolls in Kansas City. Starting here was a good choice, as it is as basic as it gets.

Hot Thai Basil offers two versions of spring rolls, and their basic is entry-level. The flavors do not show up to this dish. It's two-thirds shredded iceberg lettuce and bean sprouts, with a third of the roll being noodles with a dash of ground chicken. No cilantro, mint, or other filling. 

The sauce is a thin, sweet vinegar-based mix with chopped peanuts. 

Bet part of this lunch? Sitting outside on a surprisingly cool afternoon to eat. I'm looking forward to trying their upgraded version, the Soft summer rolls.
