Curry Toast

Omigosh this was so good this morning I'm posting just to remember it. The leftover Indian food from Friday night was calling to me, but I wasn't feeling full-on chicken tikka for breakfast. The deliciousness of the Shrimp Korma sauce was just the right buttery richness to dent the Ezekial toast, and the tang of the two srirachas set off the egg just right. Happiness.

Heavy schmear of leftover Shrimp Korma sauce

Hard cooked egg, sliced

Pepper 

Smoked salt

Red sriracha

Green sriracha
