Spring Rolls - Lemongrass Thai Cuisine
I really enjoyed the darker noodle as the they lent more flavor depth to the roll. There was some mint, and a nice sprinkling of carrots, and better greens. Overall a step up, but still lacking any protein. I missed the peanut sauce, too - the Vietnamese-style sweet vinegar sauce is not substantial enough, particularly for the veggie versions of spring rolls.
